Dental Studio Scotland is one of the countries' largest dental practices offering a range of NHS and private dental services including Invisalign, Composite Bonding and Dental Implants. The brand has clinics across Ayrshire, Glasgow and Central belt of Scotland.
We began working with Dental Studio Scotland in March 2020 with the mission to refresh the brand, build an entirely new online experience and use high performance marketing techniques to attract new customers.
We now work directly with Dental Studio Scotland as their marketing partner.
Building the brand in a digital-first approach.
We worked closely with the team at Dental Studio Scotland to understand their entire customer journey from the first search through to calling, the treatment itself and post-care service and build a strategy that drives the business forward and retains current patients.
Building a new colour palette that was more health and clean focussed we built a 'less-is-more' brand image with simplicity becoming sophistication - although the brand has a range of clinics and so must be locally appreciable as well as part of a wider group.
We did this by putting Dental Studio Scotland's dentists and nurses front and centre - a people centric approach that is as diverse as the team; people trust people and so we began this process even before prospective patients landed on the site.
