Revolut, who are based in Barcelona are the original App-Only bank, offering smarter ways of managing money with real-time access, currency conversion and immediacy in every transaction.
The Brief: Deliver more qualified leads for business.
With the rapid expansion of Revolut's offering; the banking brand was looking to expand it's portfolio of business account's with significant and ambitious annual growth of 20% new business account openings delivered entirely online.
Revolut identified the need to build an effective digital marketing strategy that would drive qualified leads and account applications for small and medium sized businesses to achieve these lofty heights.
With a fully online account opening and proven onboarding process; the banking provider required specific help in the UK market to grow it's business.
Solution: AI Data-driven Search Acquisition.
The bank needed a way to quickly reach large numbers of people with a qualified and data driven approach for targeting and tracking the customer journey.
We built a brand new paid search campaign built directly on Revolut's existing customer database to understand and segment search behaviour in real time using Amazon Web Services Machine Learning.
Building on our transparent approach; we delivered a fully bespoke dashboard for the inhouse marketing team; allowing not only tracking of the full campaign activity, but also crucial business Intelligence allowing us to work together adapting and driving manageable volumes at a commercially-aware cost per acquisition.
Result: Increase in new business applications up 40% Year-on-Year in the first 90 days.
