JACK RYAN has been named in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2026, one of the most respected independent workplace accolades in the UK. The annual list celebrates the country's leading employers, shining a light on organisations that are setting the standard for employee engagement, workplace culture, and overall employee experience.

The 2026 list features 567 organisations across industries and company sizes, compiled through an independent employee survey developed and administered by WorkL, the employee-experience platform. Businesses were assessed across six key dimensions of workplace happiness: reward and recognition, information sharing, empowerment, wellbeing, instilling pride, and job satisfaction.
