We are excited to share that JACK RYAN has joined the global Working with Cancer Initiative. This partnership brings us together with other leading companies, healthcare providers, and nonprofits to address and eliminate the stigma and insecurity faced by individuals with cancer in the workplace.

Our commitment is to foster an environment that is open, supportive, and focused on recovery for all employees affected by cancer.
We are dedicated to creating an inclusive and respectful workplace for anyone impacted by cancer or other serious chronic illnesses. As part of this effort, we have now introduced new policies and programmes to enhance the experience for our colleagues during their treatment and recovery.
As an agency that delivers a variety of public health and often Cancer focussed messages for clients such as the NHS, we're acutely aware of the impact by Cancer and the importance of screening, which is why we have committed to go beyond the Pledge to empower our employees and people to be proactive about their health.
According to the WHO, 50% of people delay screenings and our own work has shown early detection significantly increases the outcome which is why we will provide all employees from day 1 an automatic right to time off for Screening and any follow-up appointments and treatment in addition to our Employee assistance and cover programmes.
We actively encourage our partners, clients and supply-chain to adopt #WorkingWithCancer and #TimeOffForScreening and abolish the stigma and insecurity that exist for people with cancer in the workplace.
