About the Role
We are looking for a driven, results-oriented New Business Manager to join our growing team. You will be the lead driver of new client growth, building relationships and winning business in key markets. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing agency with ambitious plans in Ireland.
New Business Manager Key Duties
Lead new client acquisition in the Irish market, identifying opportunities across key sectors.
Develop compelling pitches and proposals with support from our strategy and creative teams.
Build strong relationships with prospective clients, from initial contact to signed contract.
Represent JACK RYAN at industry events and networking opportunities.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline and report progress to senior leadership.
What are we looking for?
5+ years’ experience in a new business or commercial role in media/advertising.
Proven track record of winning new accounts.
Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Measures of Success
3 months: Establish a strong prospect list and secure initial client meetings.
6 months: Convert a series of pitches into signed contracts.
12 months: Become a key revenue driver for the Irish operation.
