We have an exciting new opportunity at JACK RYAN in London for a Programmatic Media Manager. You will be the strategic and operational lead for all programmatic campaigns, ensuring that our clients’ digital media investment delivers maximum return. You will bring hands-on expertise, analytical thinking, and a creative approach to optimisation.

Programmatic Media Manager Key Duties

With exceptional analytical, optimisation, and communication skills, and deep expertise in programmatic platforms, the Programmatic Media Manager is responsible for:

  • Managing all programmatic advertising activity across DV360 and premium DSPs.

  • Setting up, optimising, and reporting on campaigns to deliver client KPIs.

  • Developing programmatic strategies that integrate seamlessly with wider media plans.

  • Collaborating with our strategy and client teams to deliver high-impact campaigns.

  • Leveraging audience data to refine targeting and creative delivery.

  • Maintaining industry-leading standards for viewability, brand safety, and ad fraud prevention.

  • Staying ahead of trends in programmatic technology and inventory sources.

What are we looking for?

  • 3–5 years’ programmatic media buying experience, ideally in an agency environment.

  • Hands-on experience with DV360 and multiple DSP platforms.

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in campaign optimisation techniques.

  • Experience managing sizeable budgets and delivering measurable results.

  • Knowledge of tagging, tracking, and troubleshooting ad-serving issues.

Measures of Success

In three months, you would have:

  • Fully onboarded onto all programmatic accounts and platforms.

  • Established strong working relationships with internal teams and key clients.

In six months, you would have:

  • Delivered consistent KPI performance across all programmatic accounts.

  • Presented innovative optimisations to clients and colleagues.

In 12 months, you would have:

  • Become recognised as the agency’s go-to programmatic expert.

  • Led the rollout of new programmatic strategies that have won awards.
